How to Use This Site

This site allows you to read or print selected I.C.E. newsletters (and hopefully some books to be added at a later date) in an easy to view HTML format. To help you access this information, we have created a simple-to-use navigation system. You can do the following:

• To navigate through the newsletter listings simply choose the title of the newsletter you wish to view from the left frame. If you need more viewing space, the vertical frame bar is adjustable (simply position the mouse cursor over the bar, click-and-hold and drag the bar to either the right or left).

• In the right frame a list of titles for the newsletter you selected will appear. Browse through this list and click on a title you wish to view. The newsletter will come up full screen for ease of reading.
